Ingredients
2 x 200g New York Cut or Sirlon
50g butter
splash of Port
pinch of salt & pepper
1 jar of Mojo Picon Antipasto 225g

 Directions
1. Melt butter & cook meat on high heat.
2. Add splash of port & reduce.
3. Serve on plate accompanied Mojo Picon Antipasto & steamed Bok Choy.
