50g butter |

1 chopped onion |

1 cup Aborio rice |
|
500g sliced chicken
breast |
|
1 jar Mojo Picon 190ml |
|
cup chopped parsley |

| Directions |

Melt butter in saucepan. |
| 2. |
Cook onion on medium
heat. |
| 3. |
Add chicken, cook
until golden brown. |
| 4. |
Add rice. |
| 5. |
Reduce heat to low. |
| 6. |
Add 1 jar of Mojo
Picon & 1 cup water. |
| 7. |
Cook uncovered for
30 mins or until rice is tender. |
| 8. |
Stir regularly. |
| 9. |
Garnish with chopped
parsley. |
