potatoes (jackets on) |

cup rock salt |
|
lemon (zest) |
|
1 jar Mojo Picon 190ml |

| Directions |

Put potatoes in saucepan & cover
with water. |
| 2. |
Add lemon zest & rock
salt. |
| 3. |
Cover saucepan & cook
on high heat until water level is reduced to 1cm. |
| 4. |
Reduce heat & cook
for a furture 5 mins. |
| 5. |
Remove from saucepan. |
| 6. |
Pour Mojo Picon over
potatoes (papas). |
