cup cream |
|
20g butter |
|
pinch of salt |
|
jar Mojo Verde |

| Directions |
| 1. |
Whisk
eggs,cream & salt. |
| 2. |
Melt butter on high
heat. |
| 3. |
Pour egg mixture into
pan. |
| 4. |
Leave for 20 seconds
. |
| 5. |
Fold egg mixture from
outside into centre for a further 20 seconds. |
| 6. |
When eggs are set
turn on to plate. |
| 7. |
Drizzle Mojo Verde
over eggs and serve with toast. |
